Winace99 is more than just an ordinary gaming platform. We are built with one purpose — to make the online entertainment experience safer, fairer, and more enjoyable for every player in Malaysia.
To provide Malaysian players with a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment platform — powered by the latest technology, round-the-clock support, and a user experience that anyone can navigate with ease.
To become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform — known not only for its extensive game collection, but for the trust, transparency, and ongoing commitment to every member's satisfaction.
Integrity in every decision. Transparency in every transaction. Innovation that never stops. And most importantly — trust built day by day alongside more than 500,000 loyal winace99 members.
Winace99 started in 2019 with a simple belief — that Malaysia players deserve better than what foreign platforms with no understanding of local needs and culture could offer. We wanted to build something different; a platform that speaks the language of Malaysia players, accepts payments in Malaysian Ringgit, and understands how Malaysians play and enjoy entertainment.
The winace99 founding team comprises individuals with backgrounds in financial technology, software development, and the digital entertainment industry. This combined expertise allowed us to build a platform that is not only visually appealing, but also technically robust and financially secure.
In its first year of operation, winace99 successfully onboarded over 50,000 members — most of them through word-of-mouth referrals from players genuinely satisfied with their experience. These numbers prove that when a platform truly puts players first, organic growth follows naturally.
By 2021, winace99 had grown into one of the most frequently mentioned online entertainment platforms within Malaysia's player community. Big wins shared openly by players, smooth hassle-free withdrawals, and responsive customer support were the three things members mentioned most when recommending winace99 to their friends.
Winace99 never stops investing in technology. Our platform uses scalable cloud infrastructure to ensure a smooth gaming experience even during peak times — such as major football matches or highly anticipated new slot launches. Fast load times, a responsive interface and connection stability are technical priorities we take seriously.
On the security front, winace99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all financial transactions and personal user data — the same technology employed by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts, and our security team monitors the platform 24/7 to detect any suspicious activity.
winace99's Commitment: We believe a good platform has nothing to hide. That's why all our bonus terms, payout policies, and wagering limits are written in plain, easy-to-understand language — not fine print designed to confuse players.
One of the most appreciated advantages of winace99 among our players is truly local payment support. We support all major Malaysia banks via FPX, DuitNow for instant transfers, and popular eWallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit with no hidden currency exchange rates.
Deposits at winace99 take less than a minute, and withdrawal of wins is typically processed within 3 to 60 minutes depending on the chosen method. We understand that winning players want to receive their wins quickly — and we respect that expectation.
Winace99 takes our social responsibility as an entertainment platform operator seriously. We provide gaming management tools that allow members to set deposit limits, wagering limits and gaming break periods. These are not merely features required by regulation — they reflect the true values of winace99 that member well-being matters more than short-term profit.
The winace99 responsible gaming program also includes an automated detection system that identifies gameplay patterns which may require attention, and our support team is trained to assist members who need guidance on healthy gaming management.
